Why Digitalzero?

Because human beings are not digital. We are made of flesh and bones, attention and emotions, relationships and stories.

Over the last years, we have moved large parts of our lives into digital spaces: work, school, friendships, entertainment. Technology is not the enemy — it can genuinely improve our lives when we use it with intention. But when screens quietly become the default for everything, families start to feel that they have lost control.

Digitalzero is the idea of coming back to zero as a starting point: remembering that we are human first, and that digital tools should serve us, not define us. Digitalzero is not against technology. We help families learn to use it consciously and intentionally, so that online life supports offline wellbeing instead of replacing it.

Mission and Origins

_R184559

I founded Digitalzero to help families build a healthier relationship with technology, where screens support growth, learning, and connection instead of replacing them. A core part of my mission is to make this support accessible to families who cannot easily afford private therapy or coaching.

My approach is shaped by years leading AI-focused research teams in the tech industry and teaching MBA students about technology, leadership, and digital wellbeing, exploring how digital systems influence attention, behavior, and real-life relationships. I now combine that background with my training in Innovation and Design Thinking at MIT, my Digital Detox Coaching certification with LSIB, and my ongoing EMCC coaching accreditation to offer practical, human-centered digital wellness support for families.
