  • 60-Minute One-to-One Deep Dive Session
    An intensive video session where patterns are explored in depth, early risk signs are identified (without clinical diagnosis), and unhelpful cycles of conflict around screens are mapped together.
  • Personalized Digital Action Plan
    A concise written plan summarizing key insights, 3–5 concrete changes to test at home, and suggested language for discussing new rules and limits with your child.
  • Follow-Up Check-In Email
    One follow-up email within a set time frame to answer brief questions, review initial progress, and suggest small adjustments to maintain momentum.
