Our Basic Digital Reset Program is always free.
Many families find these resources are exactly what they need to create change.

For families who want intensive one-on-one coaching, we offer three additional programs that we'll discuss after your assessment if personalized support would be helpful.

FAQs

How do I know which program is right for my family?

Start with our free Parent Assessment. Based on your results, we’ll have a conversation to understand what you’re experiencing and recommend the level of support that makes the most sense for your situation.

What happens after I take the assessment?

You’ll receive your results immediately with personalized insights about your child’s digital behavior patterns. We’ll then invite you to a brief, no-pressure conversation to discuss next steps and answer any questions you have.

Are sessions conducted online?

Yes, all sessions are held online via video call, making it convenient to access support from anywhere. Each session is approximately 60 minutes, giving us time to dive deep into your family’s specific challenges and create actionable solutions.

How much do these programs cost?

We believe every family should have access to support, so we start with a foundation that’s always free, including our Basic Digital Reset Program with self-guided resources, tools, and email support. For families who want or need more intensive personalized coaching, we offer additional programs. After you complete the free assessment, we’ll discuss what level of support makes sense for your situation and explain all available options, including ways we can work together regardless of financial circumstances.

Is this only for severe addiction cases?

No. We work with families at all stages—from “my child spends too much time gaming” to serious concerns about depression, grades, or social withdrawal. The assessment helps us understand where your family is and what support would be most helpful.

What if my child refuses to participate?

These programs focus on what you as a parent can do, even if your child isn’t cooperative. Many families see significant improvements by changing their own approach first. Your child doesn’t need to be involved for you to make progress.

Will this work if we've tried everything already?

If previous attempts haven’t worked, it’s often because the approach wasn’t tailored to your specific family dynamics and your child’s particular triggers. Our programs provide personalized strategies based on what’s actually driving the behavior—not generic advice.

How quickly will we see results?

Most families notice reduced conflict and improved communication within the first 1-2 weeks. Lasting behavioral change typically takes consistent effort over 4-8 weeks, which is why ongoing support is part of every program.
